How to Order

Ordering custom printed or embroidered apparel has never been easier than it is now. The following tour will walk you through the process of ordering some Custom Printed Ladies T-Shirts.

1.) Welcome to Lowertown Printing Co. We will click either the link "Ladies" on the left or the image of the two Ladies t-shirts.

2.) At this point, you will see all of the items in the category you selected displayed. For this example, we will click the Bella 1005.

3.) Once we have selected our product, we will be directed to that product's detail page. The first things we will see are an image of the item, an item description, and the color swatches available for this item. To get a quote for this item, including customization, you will click on the color of your choice. For now, we will select Baby Blue.

4.) Now that we have selected our color, the page will reload displaying an actual picture of the item, the customization options available and the sizes available. For this item, screen printing is available for the front and the back of the shirt. For this example, we are selecting one color printing for just the front of the garment. Next, we will scroll down and enter the quantities of each size that we need. Once we are finished with that, we will click on the button that says "Get Instant Quote".

5.) The page will now reload to display our quote. Once we have looked over to make sure that the item, customization, and quantities are correct, we click the "Place Order & Proceed to Art Upload" button.

6.) We have now arrived at the art upload page. There are four things that we need to do here. 1.) Click the browse button to find your artwork on your hard drive. 2.) Select the location of the print using the radio buttons. Note: if your your item is not a shirt, please select other. 3.) Use the notes field to provide information as to the size, location, and print color. 4.) Click the "Upload Artwork/Proceed to Checkout" button.

7.) We have made it to the shopping cart page. From here, all you have to do is click "Checkout", and enter your billing and shipping information. Your professionally produced order will arrive shortly.
