We at Lowertown Printing Company realize the importance your custom garments arriving just as you ordered them and when you need them. For this reason, we guarantee that you will receive your items as portrayed in the electronic proof you receive, and that your items will ship on time. Should your items be materially different from the proof that you approve, or if your items do not ship on time, you may return your order. We strive to have every order shipped within 5 business days of order, but this can be affected by client supplied artwork or stock levels of garments. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, you must indicate that in the notes field provided during the ordering process. If that time period is not possible, we will contact you with alternatives or if an alternative can't be found, you will not be charged.

Although guarantees are reassuring, we understand that you would prefer not to use them! When ordering, please be sure to include all of the crucial information for the decoration of your garments. This includes elements such as the dimensions of your decoration, the location of your decoration, and any color matching that may be required. As a convenience to our customers, we offer Free Pantone color system matches for all screen printed garments. This is usually between $40-$60 per color with other companies, but we feel that offering this for free allows customers to take much of the guess work out of getting the exact color that they need. Please feel free to contact our friendly customer service staff with any questions you may have regarding this guarantee.

This guarantee will not cover any situations of incorrect ordering by the customer or if the customer fails to provide specific direction as to size, location, or color match. Please remember that computer monitors and software can affect the apparent size and color of your artwork. For this reason, we highly recommend that you use the directions field when ordering. A simple direction might look like this: "Please print my logo 10" wide by 6" tall centered on the front of the garment. Please use you best judgment to determine the distance down from the collar.
